• Empty products are excluded from the guarantee
• In case of several identical products, only one product may be opened
• The guarantee is valid only once per customer per product
• With the Dr. Balwi Hair Boost Set, a maximum of 1 product may be opened
  
• The cost of the return must be covered by the customer themselves.
• The product price will be refunded, but not shipping costs
• The refund will be made to the original method of payment

4. We will process your request as soon as possible and send you a confirmation by e-mail
