While washing your hair:   Distribute your shampoo roughly in the hair and then work it in thoroughly with the Massage Brush. Make sure the brush touches your scalp and go over it in gentle circles for at least 4 minutes. If you use a conditioner or treatment afterwards, you can repeat the process. At the end, clean the brush with soap and water, disinfect it from time to time.

For leave-in care:   Apply your care such as serums, oils or similar roughly to the hair and work it in thoroughly with the shampoo brush. Make sure that the brush touches your scalp and circle it over hair and skin for about 4 minutes so that the active ingredients penetrate better.
